Alhambra is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting Muslim students at Stanford University through chaplaincy, community-building, and endowment. We are the operator of this website and the data controller for the personal information collected through it.

We collect only what is needed for our mission:

  • Newsletter: Name (optional) and email when you subscribe.
  • Contact form: Name, email, and message—used only to respond to you.
  • Donations: Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card details. We may receive name, email, and amount for acknowledgments and tax receipts.
  • Usage: We may collect basic, anonymized data to improve the site. We do not sell it.

How We Use It

To send newsletters (if you subscribed), respond to inquiries, process donations and send receipts, improve the site, and comply with the law when required.

We use trusted third parties for email, donations, and website hosting. They have their own privacy policies. We may add or change providers (e.g., payment processors) over time. We do not sell your personal information.
